  • Establishes a quality management system suitable for its products and processes and appropriate for the purpose of accreditation.
  • Analyzes and understands the needs and the expectations of customers, together with the statutory and regulatory requirements related to its products.
  • Ensures that the characteristics of the product will be defined to satisfy the customers requirements and the statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Determines and is managing the processes needed in order to finalize the expected results (conforming products and increased customer satisfaction).
  • Guarantees the availability of the necessary resources for the support to the activity and to monitoring this processes.
  • Monitors and controls the characteristics defined by the products.
  • Works to avoid products unconformity and uses improvement processes to:
    • Solve eventual unconformity that may occur (post delivery unconformity included)
    • Analyze the causes of the unconformity and do corrective action to prevent recurrence
    • Manages the customer’s complains
  • Has an efficient internal Audit procedure and a review process with the management.
  • Monitors, measures and increases continuously the effectiveness of his quality management system.
